Electronic control grinder for sleeves and rollers coated in rubber and/or technopolymers. Grinder managed via PLC with a control panel and customisable software designed to machine sleeves and rollers coated in rubber and/or technopolymers. The double function of initial roughing (turning) and final precision grinding make the product excellent for every type of work, allowing all the machining phases by positioning the piece just once. All the machining processes and their automatic repetition are possible thanks to proprietary managed software: trapezoidal-conical-convex profile, de-layering, rounding, edge trimming, turning and grinding. The compact size of the machine, the elimination of intermediate warehouses which are no longer necessary because the piece is finished directly on the machine, the reduced maintenance and the fast ROI are just some of the advantages offered by this innovative product.
