PRIMA GRINDER 150 Metal Print represents the evolution of the Rossini range for grinding and machining elastomer-covered rollers used for coating metal or aluminum sheets in the Metal Packaging industry. Designed as a high-precision cylindrical grinding machine, the 150 Metal Print is in fact a complete machining center for the creation of coating reserves and (optional) spot coating applications. Rossini’s proprietary software directly converts CAD/CAM designs into tool paths, ensuring micron-level precision in milling operations. The PRIMA GRINDER 150 Metal Print combines high precision, repeatability, and optimized consumption of coatings and primers with an operator-friendly interface for immediate use in production. It can also be integrated with company management systems. CE certified and compliant with Industry 4.0 and 5.0 requirements (Digital and Green Transition).
